The Rowan Law Firm will always inform the client and advise the client through every stage of their case. Ninety percent (90%) of our cases are done on a contingency fee based contract, whereas, if we don’t collect on the client’s behalf, the client owes absolutely nothing. The other ten percent of our cases are based on a flat fee or contractual hourly fee.
In regards to our hourly fee clients, The Rowan Law Firm understands that litigation can be an expensive endeavor resulting in a profound financial impact, distressing an individual, family, or business. Therefore, we are extremely conservative in our billing methods and will never take advantage of our clients by billing for non-useful work performed on a client’s case. Our position is to maintain a client for life and earn their respect through honorable representation.
